I think it's a confidence thing, hopefully, ... and I think the guys believe. They know what you're capable off. Certainly, I think our play has stepped up as we've kind of gone here. Hopefully, it carries over. Last year was so hard for us. We couldn't get a big play like we've had in these games. We just couldn't get a big one when we had to have it.
Patrick stepped in there and did a heck of a job. And I don't know if you can say enough about Santana.
Here is one of the biggest games I've ever been at, and Patrick Ramsey has to go in and try and win it for us. He's handled this situation better than I think anybody could, and it's a tribute to his character. He was ready. He stepped in and made some plays for us.
I thought the first part of the year, when he was healthy, I think that is about as good as I've seen anybody run.
I think we realized what was at stake,
I think we've got a ton to play for. Each one of these games is kind of precious to us. We need to get back on the winning track. Everyone can count the numbers. We've got five wins; we've got five games left.
I think we take a long hard look at ourselves, and it certainly starts with me. ... It seemed like we were kind of all of us together on it.
I think any of us, including Coach Parcells, would say that it's players that win games. You have to have great players.
I think as much as anything it's their character. They keep fighting, and it's paid off for us.
I think it was one of the prettiest plays I've ever seen,
I think we all realized what was at stake. We had talked about it all week, the big ballgame for us and for them there was a lot at stake. There was a lot riding on it and we didn't play well. I think we take a long hard look at ourselves, and it certainly starts with me.
Just doing his part, ... He doesn't have to do more than that, you know. Direct it and get us points, but just do his part. I think one thing about Patrick is he's a real good student. I think he's smart. When you put the game plan in he has a feel for what we're doing there, so he only has to do his part. He doesn't have to make something happen by himself.
Jason did some good things and some bad things.
I saw him show up a few times, I'll say that. He has a way of doing that.
