Frank did a great job with his team this year. He had a great mix of talented swimmers and divers. He was not gifted with a large team of people, but he took the people he had and really pushed them to make them great.

According to a (Milwaukee) Brewers doctor, a specialist in shoulders, it is a rotator cuff (injury). He's been cleared to swim and I was real happy with that.
dedicated hat late practice staying
I take my hat off to how dedicated he is to the sport. He's always staying late at practice.
crushes dominating pleased six top turns wants
Mitch wants to be (seeded) in the top six in the 50 (at state). Lately, his turns have been outstanding - he crushes people. He's dominating off the turn and I'm pleased with that.

That was the first time together with that foursome, it turned out pretty good.
coach compliment divers
I can't compliment (diving coach) Carolyn Peterson enough with what she's done with our divers. She's really been working with our divers and it showed today.

He looked strong from (Friday) when we got here. He felt great in the water and it carried into (Saturday). He was mentally ready.

He really gets himself up for big meets. He just stepped up real big. When he gets put in a pressure situation, he holds up real well.

We mixed up our lineup just to try something new and they responded.

We swam well; we put out some very good times tonight. It's just that they had a little more depth than us tonight.
