I would support them getting a chance to retake the test. I'm almost positive that they would be allowed to retake the test in this type of case, but we don't make those decisions.

Because the noise level was a problem for some students, we told them they could go to another room. The supervisor ended up making the call to stay, and I understand that the call may not have been fair to all.
