In a hurricane, everybody gets popped, so in the rebuilding there is a very substantial reconstruction and sprucing up.

The economy really didn't change. The trend that was in place was the revitalization of our city, our commercial core, ... I think certainly the historic district of New Orleans will not change, as damaged as it may be.
