good hurry looks offense player plays point relaxed seem vision
From our point of view, he's very poised. He has very good vision. He's very comfortable with the offense, and he looks like a relaxed player out there. He makes a lot of plays and doesn't seem to hurry things. He executes the offense like a very confident, experienced quarterback would do.
covering good guys staff sure together work
I feel really good about the guys we've hired. Offensively, we need to get out here as a staff and work together and just make sure we are covering all of our bases.

below block call continue far particular people refer reflecting seen teams year
Some people refer to it as the Purdue rule, which is a block by a guy, to an adjacent lineman, below the knees. I've seen teams continue to do that this year and so far I've yet to see a call made reflecting that particular block.
factor graduate hate single
I would say it's the single most important factor of (a team), ... You hate to put it all on one position, but if you told me, 'OK Tiller, you're going to graduate 21 of your 22 starters. Which one don't you want graduating?' It'd be the quarterback.
excited guy hire third time tried
He's a guy I have tried to hire on two other occasions, so the third time was a charm. I'm excited to have him on our staff.
