excited guy hire third time tried
He's a guy I have tried to hire on two other occasions, so the third time was a charm. I'm excited to have him on our staff.
job looked missed nice plays time
He did a nice job for the first time out. He missed some reads, but he made some plays that looked good.
mesh players rest staff starting takes time understand
As a coach, it takes time to mesh with the rest of the staff and the players. It will take some time, but the players are starting to understand what he expects.
individual label reins team though time truly worry
It's going to be the first time out for our quarterback that he's truly got the reins in his hands. It's never as though he had that label on him. You always worry about how an individual is going to respond, and how a team is going to respond.
balance eight indicator last lean offense practicing run spend spread time week
I don't think what we did last week is an indicator of what we're going to do for the balance of the season. We will lean a little more heavily on the run than we did when I got here eight years ago. We're still a one-back, spread offense and we spend a lot of time practicing the pass.
headway obvious question

mickey pluto thank

below block call continue far particular people refer reflecting seen teams year
Some people refer to it as the Purdue rule, which is a block by a guy, to an adjacent lineman, below the knees. I've seen teams continue to do that this year and so far I've yet to see a call made reflecting that particular block.
factor graduate hate single
I would say it's the single most important factor of (a team), ... You hate to put it all on one position, but if you told me, 'OK Tiller, you're going to graduate 21 of your 22 starters. Which one don't you want graduating?' It'd be the quarterback.
counted drive
But we didn't do it. On the drive that counted the most.
executing game great job looking managing perfection played
He did a great job of managing the game and executing the offense. We're always looking for perfection, but he played awfully well once again.
follow heart nfl
I think the NFL is in Brandon's heart, and he should follow his heart.
concerned focus game
I think we're concerned about ourselves. Not that you're not concerned with your opponent, but when you play your first game of the year, I think that you focus on yourself.
decide favor home weather
If weather will decide the game, and I don't think it will, it would favor the home team.
