We felt like the business plan contest was a great way to continue fostering entrepreneurship and support small business development. Part of what we have viewed as our mission for economic development is fostering entrepreneurship. That's one of the things we are going to be addressing as we sell these pieces of property.

I think it's about time we got a little respect. I think, last year, we had a quality team and wasn't recognized at all, and it was hard to see that. But I think the teams in our section make us better every night.
