We just couldn't hit a shot. I thought we were a little lethargic. I think we thought we were playing hard but we weren't. It's a good wakeup call for us.

We could increase the density and go up, but they won't do that.

We have about 200 more athletes this year. This is the biggest year we've ever had.

We went to Dallas to try to get a look at teams like that. But I think Plano at this point was the fastest team we saw, even faster than Midland High.

We didn't surrender our lead, and we played well in the second half. That's one thing I want to see.

We were in charge of communication towers for MacArthur in Tokyo.
district fast guys sweep team
To sweep any team in the district is big time, especially those guys that are quick, fast and they play hard.
dunk guys kid team time whenever
Those guys will put it down whenever they have the opportunity. Any time a kid makes a dunk it ignites the team and the crowd.
district extremely road time wins
To get two road wins in our district in Abilene is extremely important. Any time you win in Abilene, it's a big accomplishment.

We made a nice little run, but Clovis East had an answer to every run. I felt comfortable when we jumped on them a little bit in the third and I saw them breathing a little heavy, and I thought that our energy would pick up. But they were able to get a couple easy baskets and hit a couple 3's, and that took the wind out of our sails.

We get participants and spectators from all over the world.
beaches concern expecting monday until worry
We're expecting erosion. Our first concern will be the streets. We may not worry about the beaches until Monday or Tuesday.
