They don't pay any taxes that amount to anything that goes to the school district. They have thousands of acres of property in Harrison County. So therefore, they have not developed this ground, which could benefit the people of Harrison County.

Just like so many tax laws, I think businesses are frequently unaware of these very valuable credits.

Proper legislation can put a stop to many of these practices, but politicians need to know their constituents are being ripped off and are upset about it.

I think it's only natural for people to wonder if Brett will be there. But he hasn't given us any indication and hasn't made a commitment to be there. I know it's been talked about around town, whether he'll be there or not. But he's not expected and we're not anticipating that he will.

One of the things IBM needs to do more of is become more competitive with their hardware products. They've become very competitive in software and services. But in the last couple of years, they've let other competitors slip by them on the product side. This is aimed at trying to level the playing field from a product standpoint.
