It was good to get back to RFK and get that feeling again.
adjust against arena change fields game inside kids played until wide
The fields are all the same. They're 80-feet wide by 50-yards long. That doesn't change from one arena to the next. We hadn't been inside until we played our first game against Arkansas. I think the kids will be able to adjust pretty easily.
coming few fuel guys late quite tomorrow
These guys need a rest. It's late in the year. Quite a few of them have 70 appearances. They have been big for us all year. Coming back tomorrow with a little more fuel would be good.

The games were so close, the preparation time was fairly easy for us. The kids executed the game plan very well.

We planned on (the zone) being a wrinkle. It ended up being a whole quarter type of thing.

I was able to eat more this morning. I had my pancakes. I didn't try the eggs, ... I still don't feel great, but I'm glad I got something in my stomach. I drank a lot of water and Powerade.

It was really hard for me to get frustrated, because I felt so good, and I was making good pitches. It was just Hennessey and Bonds.

When you weigh it against senior services and social services I don't think recycling is a critical need. I'm looking at priorities. If you're talking about what's important, recycling is not in the same category as firefighters.

Everything today went really well. My mechanics felt better than that one inning I threw against the Korean team. The breaking balls still aren't there yet, but my fastball and changeup felt real good.

We told them before the game that the game was going to be won or lost on the boards, and they took it to us on the boards.

It definitely changes the way the ball feels. If you get a new baseball, it's slick, it's hard to hold on to. If you put some mud on it, it gives you a better grip.

We were pretty beat up last week. That's not an excuse. I'm not taking anything away from Osceola because they've got a very good football team. I would have liked to have played against them with everyone healthy.

I caught my back spike a little bit, just tossing the ball in there, and I said, 'Oh, my gosh.' ... But I didn't think about it during the game at all. I was thinking about throwing strikes.
