I was happy with the way I was pitching, but I needed to go deeper in games. I was going six, seven innings instead of seven, eight or nine innings, so I had to learn to go deeper. Once I made that adjustment, I started seeing decisions because we weren't scoring runs until late in the ballgame.

I was able to eat more this morning. I had my pancakes. I didn't try the eggs, ... I still don't feel great, but I'm glad I got something in my stomach. I drank a lot of water and Powerade.

They were just much more physical than we were. I'm a big believer that most of the time, the aggressor wins. (Friday), they were the aggressor. Most of the time, we have been the aggressors this year.

That guy's amazing. He comes to the park every day and works hard. We're a much better club with him.

The fields are all the same. They're 80-feet wide by 50-yards long. That doesn't change from one arena to the next. We hadn't been inside until we played our first game against Arkansas. I think the kids will be able to adjust pretty easily.

Overall I felt good, my arm felt good. Mechanically out of the stretch I don't feel quite where I want to be, but it's an easy fix.

I feel better, ... My energy level's going back up. I'm feeling some strength coming back. I'm eating better. All the things that go along with being sick -- eating and my energy -- are getting better.
