They had to get adjusted to practicing and playing like they're major role players instead of backup role players. I think that's why it took us so long to gel. We played pretty good basketball down the stretch in our conference.

He?s not the guy that?s chatting a lot but he?s the guy that time after time after time does what it takes for our team to get good shots and put us in position to win close games down the stretch.
