This request seeks to remedy the shortcomings in last month's hearing. We understand the importance of the make allowance to the economic survival of our Class III and IV customers. We also know that an increase in the make allowance lowers dairy farmer incomes. So, on behalf of our farmers, we need to minimize that impact.
