We found out what their struggles were, what they thought worked well, and we learned all that we could. Then we sent out a letter asking for help from everybody who would want to be involved.

We have lots of people coming off the freeway. Now our job is to figure out how to bring those people to Draper Street so the various businesses complement each other.
