People pretty much think if you see cornrows, earrings and tattoos, they equate it to thug. That's the perception. But I know Allen Iverson. He seems like a pretty good guy.

This has been bad. It seems like we can't get any consistency with any group of guys we have. That makes it that much more difficult.
