Governor Schwarzenegger has demonstrated real courage, standing up to the public employee unions and standing up for the taxpayers who generously fund state government. California's past governor spent one time revenues on ongoing projects, which have led to the massive deficits that we are still working to pay off. California needs Prop. 76 to prevent this type of reckless spending from occurring in the future.
