That was huge. There was no doubt in my mind that was the right decision. You have to go for it in a situation with the bases loaded. If anything, I had one or two good innings left.
excitement fourth game hand hate swallow tough
It's a tough one to swallow because of the excitement of the first day of the year. You hate to have a game get out of hand like that one did in the fourth inning. But what else can you say?
depends games happen seasons trying win
Personally, I?m trying to win every game. If it happens, it happens. A lot of seasons it depends on your teammates. To win 20 games you have to have a lot of things happen in your favor. You need a little luck.
agent asked season
My agent asked me before the season if I'd be interested. I wasn't.
expect gave guys hold proud
It was frustrating that the guys gave me a lead, and I expect myself to hold on to that lead. I'm just proud at how they battled back.
everybody included
Everybody has to find a way to get things going together. And myself is included in that.

We've had our (butts) handed to us. But are we going to go home with out tail between our legs? No. We just need to keep battling.
