Overall, I was really happy with my 50 time. I had changed my stroke a little bit, and I guess it improved, so I'm happy with that.

Our 200 free relay should be doing a lot better. We improved on it by about a second, so it was really good. Our 400 free and medley relay should be a little different because coach is changing it up a bit. It was still overall good.
