You've got to get a lot of things out of your head when you are hurt year in and year out. You go back and have the same injury again, that stays in your head. I was able to overcome all of that. Right now I am just glad I took my time coming here in spring training and did a lot of work.

When you have a group of guys the talent that we have here it's getting old definitely. We expect people to do the job on a consistent basis. Maybe one day we do it but we go out three days without doing it.
