If there was something dangerous going on or that could happen we would close it. One of the requirements (of the construction agreement) is that the sidewalk has to be open. We take all the precautions to be sure nothing happens. Up to now I think it's safe. If not, we will stop anybody from walking there.

A lot of it kind of went over my head. But I know our attorneys are doing their job and their best and I think we will prevail in the end.
