The key is to make SMART resolutions. Over the years, we have learned how to set goals that are reasonable and that will lead to success. We encourage sales executives to apply a simple test to their business resolutions. Ask if it's SMART: specific, measurable, activity-based, realistic and time-bound? If they meet these criteria their success will escalate.

There were more rapes reported this year than last. I know there's some speculation that there's just more reports. Well, I don't know that. I don't know that it's not actually going up. There's so much we don't know.
