We're in a small space, and people are used to coming in through the front desk and saying what they're here for.

We've actually, on occasion, had a few things over evening times, like HIV screenings or flu shot clinics, but they really weren't that well-attended. We've tossed it around, but at this moment we felt like we didn't have the staff to cover those, especially if we kept the existing hours that we have.

We are filling, even on the other days, our 8 a.m. appointment slots. When we do walk-ins, we usually have a line out the door at 8 a.m.
