We only shot 38 percent from the floor. We missed '12 free throws; we hit six out of 18. And we had 26 turnovers.

We played very well as a team. My kids really rose to the occasion and played well. I couldn't be prouder of them.

We were tied at the half and down by eight after the third quarter. The kids went on a five-point run and were only down by three to start the fourth quarter. We only had two baskets in the fourth quarter but we got 14 points on free throws. The first 10 taken were made and the kids' confidence just grew and grew. It was great for them.
