Recreational interests of our members was not sufficient to give us a claim to be able to contest the permit. However, one of the three state environment commissioners disagreed with the majority and indeed felt that Sierra Club should have standing. So, we think we have a pretty strong case to argue that because of the recreational interests of our members in Sam Rayburn.
good looking reason scare
The reason for that is they don?t know what it is. They?re not informed. They think it?s good because ?They?re looking out for our kids.? It?s a big scare tactic.
