Here you have groups representing more landowners than the other groups combined and they support the bill, so there must be the right balance still in this bill.

We're willing to pay the surface owner to exercise our existing property to right to the reasonable use of the surface to access the minerals. That's a property right we own, that we paid for, acquired.

You can't drill a well when you don't know what the economics will be.

We would hope that we would get some consideration of these ideas.
