bench came expect good move needed step training
Elaine has a good speed, and we expect a lot out of her. We're training her when to move at the right time, and she's getting it down. We needed someone to step up, and she came off the bench and did her job.
attacking balanced confidence focus hoping pressure stop teams
We have an attacking team, and we're hoping to put a lot of pressure on other teams to stop us. We're going to be pretty balanced so defenses won't be able to focus on anybody. We have a lot of confidence going into the season.
couple games happy improvement last nearly shot shots target
We didn't have nearly as many shots as we've been getting in other games but we were pretty happy with our shot selection. When we did take shots, we got them on target and that's a big improvement from our last couple games.
ball handle moving open sending sooner speed tonight
We are sending the ball up a little sooner to get it up to the forwards to make something happen. And tonight we were doing that. Right now, I think our speed was more than they could handle tonight. We have been working on moving away from the ball, getting open and when we get the ball, don't panic.
pulling starters though
We started pulling some of the starters even though it was only 2-0 but you have to look at the big picture.
