I try to look at the D-I guys and stick with them. I'd be about 15th right now in D-I (hammer throw). I'm not really comfortable with that. I feel I have the potential to be at the top.

My concern is more about making sure people in town feel they are part of the process.

There's a lot of technique involved and the way (throws coach Dennis Kline) sets up our training, our distances go up and up as the season progresses.
