We have a responsibility to make sure the customer gets what they need, especially with this product where time is of the essence.

You can't say we didn't have out chances. We had a lot of shots, but most of them the goalie saw. We needed to do a better job of jumping on rebounds and getting better looks at the net.
came five hurt lost today
We just came out flat, we've been doing it all year. Today it really hurt us. I feel like that's where we lost the game, that first five minutes.
