Kevin Orchard Lyonswas an Australian politician and member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly representing the seat of Darwin. Born in 1923 in Hobart, he was the son of Joseph Lyonsand Enid Lyons, and brother of Tasmanian politician Brendan Lyons.
