I feel that I'm sort of playing me but more feminine, and to me more feminine means smarter.
So the laughs had to come from the character, not because we had balloons in our shirts or were speaking in high voices. That was very important to us.

It made me realize how many (homeless) there are. You see them everywhere and you look at them, but you don't realize the things that they might have gone through and how many people there are.
Think about it seriously. If you don't stay on top of it, you could harm your children. It takes dedication and willingness to do it and stick with it.
Right now, it's an adjustment for everybody, ... Because the officials have never called it this strict and the players have never had it called this strict.

By the third season, the writing and the acting were at their peak. We were doing so much of both that we were probably better than we had ever been. I don't think any class can teach you acting or writing better than actually doing both, day in and day out.
I think the biggest evaluation is he's working hard. He wants to do whatever it takes to get back to the NHL as soon as possible. It takes time. The team is going through a tough stretch right now ... a lot of quality shots. But we're confident that he's going to turn this around quick. We know that he's doing everything he can under his control work ethic-wise to turn it around.
