I think it's a phenomenal net plus for business travelers. We're going to have a smaller industry that by necessity means there won't be the frequency of flights and convenience for some people. But up through 2000, 90 percent of my time was spent on three issues -- skyrocketing business fares, gridlock at airports and worsening service levels. I think those three issues will be resolved over the next few years.
