I've had him for a long time, and I'm extremely proud of him and what he's done for our program. He's our all-time leading scorer. I can't even count how many times he's come through in the clutch for us. We're certainly going to miss him.

Our first team goal was to get an opportunity to get to (the Penguins Cup game). Now that we've won it, obviously our road doesn't end until we win our last game and that's the state championship.

We placed students in a safe zone and I did take command of the situation. The resources responded in a timely manner. Station 3 was available and a number of firefighters were on call. West Kingston was also on alert.

We only have three seniors. We have a big sophomore class and freshmen class. Obviously we hope we can do this again next year.

We feel with this team we have the opportunity to go further. We want to compete for a Penguin Cup and state championship. This year is the year we want to get there.

We stress balance. Balance is key. I think what's hurt us in the past is we had one really good line and if they didn't come through on their chances to score in big games, we weren't winning because we couldn't fall back upon the second or third lines.

We started the program nine years ago with kids that were just learning to play hockey, so this is a fulfilling day for me and a lot of original parents who helped for the organization. We're extremely proud of these kids, particularly, and for all the people who laid the groundwork.

We're getting steady, solid grouping, ... What were were focusing on was trying to close the gap between one and the group today and that seemed to happen. They're very consistent, but you never know what order they're going to come in, which is kind of nice for a coach.

We're glad that the comptroller is supporting many of the budget reform initiatives the governor has advocated for years, such as greater openness and transparency, a balanced enacted budget, higher rainy day reserves, binding revenue forecasts, and moving the start of the fiscal year.
