It's the kids that did it. It's nice to be honored, but if the kids aren't busting their butts and doing what you ask, then it doesn't mean anything. It's nice to be honored by your peers, but it is more of a tribute to the kids.

Defense set the tone; it's what did it last night (Friday night in Roaring Fork's 45-35 win over Cedaredge) and tonight. Everyone I put on the floor took their man to the one-on-one and said 'I challenge you to beat me' and for the most part they (the Bulldogs) choked. It was awesome.

At times, she's been soft inside, but she got tough tonight, and the girls did a good job of getting the ball to her.

We got to 22 points in a hurry, and then how many two-footers did we miss? It's all about a team effort, and who's going to step up. And we had some players do that for us tonight.
