I don't think I've ever heard him yell in (the wrestling room) and most coaches get you going by yelling. He just never yells and the reason you want to work your butt off for him is because you respect him so much you don't want to let him down.

It definitely is motivation. It's the reason you want to play your favorite sports and continue on to the next level. You have to stay on top of your academics to play for a Division 1 college. You have to maintain a 3.0 or higher if you want to continue to play.

The toughest part is definitely making up the work. It was extremely tough with wrestling in keeping up on the work. We would be gone three to four days straight and would have to get our homework done and make sure we don't fall behind.
