The biggest thing of all is no one was hurt. Secondary good news was that we didn't have a major fire that totally put us out of business. It's not how we wanted to start Thursday morning but we're grateful it turned out as well as it did.

It's a balancing act. We don't want to treat them like criminals after they have been traumatized, but we want to make sure they are in no danger nor the families they are housed with.
