figure help infectious trying
I'm trying to figure out who can play and who can help us, ... We've all got to do that. It's got to be infectious for everybody.
badly good happy hear hopefully hurt last ready serious spoke time
I'm happy to hear he's not really hurt as badly as he could have been. I spoke to him today. This would have been a good time for him, the last 16 games. It's not something that serious and hopefully he'll be ready for the summer.
badly good gotten great happy hear hurt last rookie time
I'm happy to hear he's not hurt as badly as he could have been. This would have been a good time for him in the last 16 games. He would have gotten more opportunity. But he had a great rookie year.
amazing character coached guy guys hopeful locker presence role room value wants
I'm hopeful he wants to be here and be part of this. His role won't be the same as when I coached him, but he is such a character guy and has such a presence in the locker room that his value will be amazing ... I was with Tony, and you won't find many guys better than him.
complaints complaints-and-complaining happy living
I'm happy writing full-time and I've been making a living off it so far. I haven't had any complaints with it at all. I'm happy.
coach enjoy game guys happy help home needed team ways
I'm happy for the team that they can go home and enjoy this game and be energized. For me, I'm going to try to find ways to coach better and help these guys. I can feel better because these guys needed something positive.
anyone comments conference enjoyed listen loved parts people philly playing press
I listen to some of the comments on WIP - they're playing parts of the press conference - and I can see where people would read into things. But if anyone was at the press conference, I think would sense how much I enjoyed Philly and how I loved working for those people.
along came family joe originally people roots solid traveling wherever
I originally had an idea about a family of people who were homeless, just traveling around without any solid roots or any home, who made their way around working wherever they could. I started it with them. The idea of Joe as a protagonist came along a little later.
franchise hardest hope proud team
I hope I can make a difference. I'm going to try my hardest to make this franchise proud of the team we put out there.
caught games great heard hope hurt next played playing plays teammates wants win
I hope he wants what I want. I hope he wants to win games, make his teammates better. That's the only thing that really matters. I heard he wants to play like Allen. I heard he wants us to play like Phoenix. I don't get caught up in that. I thought he was playing great and if he plays like he played before he got hurt we'll win games next year.
ask competing everybody high honestly
I honestly think that if you ask each one of them they'd tell you they're competing at a high level. I don't know if everybody understands that we need everybody doing that every possession, especially when we're shorthanded, we're young and inexperienced.
hopefully learned opportunity
I haven't had this opportunity in a long time. I've learned a lot from this season, and hopefully I'll be better for it.
attacked boards gave guy helped needed second stay
I really think he's the guy who helped us stay in this game. He attacked the boards when he needed to and gave us some second chances.
played
I put him in to see if he would play like he belonged. He played like he was insulted.
