Some of you delivered $1.18 corn to the elevator and paid $3.30 in diesel fuel to get it there. We're not going to turn it on a dime. Short term, we need some kind of relief.

In the long run, we need to continue to work for a farm bill that supports price, that builds reserve and has some mechanism to deal with overproduction. We need to move away from producing too much of what we can't sell and moving toward products we can sell.
