base hurting looked maybe plate saw second signs
I thought I saw signs that maybe he was hurting with the leg. He got up to the plate and never swung. It looked like he didn't want to get on base a second time.
game gets great happened happens looked looking obvious stuff
Great things happened in the game today, and it happens every day. The obvious stuff gets looked at, and the not-so-obvious doesn't. I'm looking at the not-so-obvious.

Our vision is to rethink how many of the material needs of society can be met by using renewable agriculturally based raw materials, ... it is one of very few institutions in the world that can bring together so many physical and life scientists, engineers and social scientists with the talent and interest in sustainable development, or that has access to so many bright young minds.
last struck
I struck out my last at-bat. That (stinks).
amazing obviously talked win wins
I think it'll get talked about a lot more if we win two more games. Obviously that's an amazing feat, but two more wins is going to make it even better.

To their credit, they worked hard and had the intensity to win those one-point bouts. We're one or two wins away from changing that and getting things our way. All in all, I was really pleased with the kids. They wanted it. I'm disappointed for them. I think they have their eye on a bigger prize next weekend.
foul game good half hit kept kids late longer plugging second shot start sync took trouble
We got off to a good start in the second half and then hit a lull. We got in some foul trouble and got out of sync with the lineup we had in there. But defensively, our kids kept plugging away. The longer it went, the better we got defensively. Gravette was pretty much one shot and out late in the game and we took advantage.
bad ball david gets
When David gets two strikes, you still know he'll put the ball in play. David doesn't have bad at-bats. Ever.
aside injury reminded thinking time
Usually with every injury you put it aside and you just go out and do it. The only time you're reminded is if you do something you're not able to do and you feel it, but I won't be thinking about it, it'll be another game.
hill match steep tennis
We were at triple-match point, now we are at double- match point, to use a tennis term, but we still have a steep hill to climb,
details hearing means officially tv
I don't think it's been officially announced. You're hearing it from my mouth. It's official. I'm retired. I don't know what the details are in making it official. Don't know, don't care. It just means I have to be on TV again.

I got a couple of slaps on the shoulder, you know, 'nice career,'
