I'm pleased. It's not that we were afraid of federal court. Our attorneys were prepared for either federal or state court. This just means it will be more convenient for us.
donate fee giving offering point
There is no point in offering a $500 finder fee and then donate it in someone's name. Why should I find a well for them and then point it out to them if they are not giving me the $500?
