It's not easy to see the pain they're in. As an athlete or a coach, you hope to get into a situation where you can have a chance to win again, but for them, it's over. It's very tough for them.

This is a new chapter and we're focused on what we need to do.

We've made some fixes and now the ultimate test will be to see how we hold together. It's sort of a relief because at playoff time you can just let it all hang out and go for it. This group likes to compete and I'm confident we'll be able to put some good performances together.
