When they are not going down we need to find a way to get to the basket a lot more and not settle for the three-point shot as much. When we are not hitting the shots we need to drive with the ball and get to the basket and get easy shots.
We stopped playing our No. 1 point guard for no reason, and as a team we didn't know why. The chemistry has all been shifted. That bothered me. You got (McInnis) sitting on the bench and we're losing.
We're losing ball games, as simple as that. We're still (fourth) in the Eastern Conference. We can't get down on ourselves.
We shot terrible tonight. It's not like we didn't have good shots. We had great looks ... You have to give it to them. They made us look bad.
We're going to South Beach. It's on TNT. It's 8 o'clock. We'll be fired up. There's no reason we shouldn't play with intensity.
We're entitled to have bad games. You just can't play like we did in the first half. It all started when they went on an (11-0) run when we were up 19-16. It's something you learn from.
We're just riding on cloud nine right now. We're playing as well as anybody in this league right now.

We got up by double digits, and in everyone's mind was what happened on Thursday when they made their run. I didn't want that to happen again.
We got up double digits against them, and I bet going through everybody's mind was what happened Thursday when they went on a run. I didn't want that to happen. Defensively, I took the challenge of Ben Gordon, and offensively I took the challenge of trying to put them away.
We're real confident right now. We can win in any kind of game, up-tempo games, grind it out games, on the road games especially, which we were able to capitalize on this year. It's showing how much our team has grown.
We want to be an elite team and we have to learn how. The feeling I had last year at this time is totally different. It is a whole different environment this year. He (Brown) knows what I want from the team and I know what he wants.
We've spoken all year. We all just talk about just trying to lead our team. We're not saying all the way to the finals, but when I say lead our team, that's just going out and doing the right thing, on the court and off the court.
The experience (will be better this time). Knowing what I got myself into two summers ago, I didn't get a full-fledged explanation of what my role would be. This time I will. That will make the experience much better. I'll be more comfortable with it.
