It's tough for any high school team to come up with six pitchers or more. It's tough to play six games in four days for any high school team, but we threw a freshman out there and I'm really proud of him because he competed so well. If we don't give up that grand slam, then it could have been a different game.

I wouldn't trade him for any other player in Tucson.
less mistakes year
This year it's a little easier, they make less mistakes in practice. I don't have to do so much repetition, because they know what to do and what to expect.
good learned pitcher
We were down 6-0 to a pretty good pitcher (Pat McCoy). But one thing I've learned is with aluminum bats, you're never really out of the game.
