I am nervous, I just never show it, that's a little exaggerated. I never really show any kind of emotion at the top. I usually close people off except for my coach and my other team riders.

Yes, because it helps stabilize you in the air. You're going so fast and it's not like a freestyle jump where you are trying to create style, you're trying to create stability.

There is a real science to this. When we have jumps, we try to get on the ground as quickly as possible. You've got to remember, you're faster on the snow than you are in the air.
