Now that we've started winning games and seeing that we actually can contend for championships, we've been pushing ourselves a lot harder in practices and getting a lot tougher.

You can only blame yourself when you mess up. In basketball, it's a team effort. Everyone is together for a win or a loss. In swimming, you get to see how much you've improved.

This house, there were still dishes in the dishwasher. They just left their house and thought everything was going to be normal.

I'm like the grandma of the group. They all make fun of me saying I'm the old timer and things like that.

It's this residential neighborhood we're driving through. There's no cars, no people, just a ghost town.

I love the competition. I love staying active; when I don't have something to do I get really bored and I have to find something to do.
