I think all of a sudden there is some stability. Tom stepped in and said he's going to keep the team in western New York and that he's going to try to make it a viable proposition here. There was a lot of speculation that if there was no ownership the team may leave. And I don't think that's one thing this area can afford.

I think it would've been a very big disappointment if we didn't win. You don't know what (a loss) would've done to the psyche of a young team. But to win, that lifts everybody.

He just doesn't feel right. Until we get him through that, he won't be skating.

He's been put on the concussion program again, but the first one was so severe I think the program may go longer. There's no set time on when he can be back or when he can even resume practice. Symptom-free for a week doesn't necessarily mean he can have contact again. That could take weeks.
