along answering felt football game god laughing prayed sideline start
When Takeo called me, it was like going along with what I had already prayed to God for. And to start the football game the way we started, I was laughing on the sideline because it felt like God was answering my prayers.
blitz excellent football game job kelly managing veteran
I think Kelly did an excellent job of not just managing the football game but making plays. He's a veteran guy. . . . There's not a blitz he hasn't seen, and he understands who to get the ball to in those situations.
crowd definitely fans front game good hard high home last note people performance played season sunday western win
We want to win each and every game at home, but this one more so than any other because of the way we played last Sunday at home. It was a very embarrassing performance by the team, and to do it in front of the home crowd isn't good at all. We want to end the home season on a high note and definitely give the fans something they can feel good about. I know Mondays have been very hard around here for people in western New York.
couple creating difference great job second series won
We had a couple of lulls in different series of the game, especially in the second half. For the most part, I thought we did a great job defensively, especially creating turnovers. The thing that made the difference here were the turnovers. We won the turnover battle.
beauty bit knocked next ready
We got knocked down a bit today, but the beauty is we get another chance. Now, we've got to get ready for next week.
exactly game took truly
Yeah, it was a long night, still thinking, 'Wow, what exactly took place yesterday? For the game to go like it went, it still hasn't truly set in.
imagination stretch work
We still have a lot of work to do. By no stretch of the imagination are we comfortable with what happened.
expecting wonder
We're expecting him to play. They're 1-4 and he's a competitor. ... You see them at 1-4 right now and wonder how that's happened.
everybody gap job staying stress
We stress everybody staying in their gap responsibility, ... and also getting off blocks. We have to do a better job of disengaging from blocks.
football nobody teams win
You had two teams that really wanted to win this football game, ... and nobody was going to back down for anybody.
plays position
We were in position to make plays and we didn't make them.
couple second series work
You can never get comfortable. We had a couple of lulls in different series of the game, especially in the second half. We still have a lot of work to do.
game outside playing top
I would say he's the top outside linebacker playing in the game right now because he can do it all,
charlie fairly full garner good guy marshall played power ran running small special speed toughest
The toughest guy to tackle? Probably Marshall Faulk . Charlie Garner was something special before the injuries. Charlie played full speed all the time. He had shiftiness and ran with good power for a fairly small running back. Yeah, I'd have to say those two guys: Marshall because of the elusiveness and Charlie because he had the speed and shiftiness and ran with good power.
