accidents bad heavy region required roads seemed snow
Roads really aren't in bad shape. We've probably had 15 or 20 weather-related accidents in the region that required ODOT crews. The snow seemed to come down heavy from 5 to 8 a.m.
dump existing major mind project trucks
They'll probably see dump trucks going back and forth. Keep in mind that the major part of this project is away from the existing highway.
budget far hitting worried
We're pretty well-prepared as far as our maintenance budget goes. We're not too worried about hitting bottom.
