He cut hair at the jail for nothing and he cut hair at the orphan's home (Guardian Angel Home in Crest Hill). If he was at home and someone called and wanted a haircut, he'd say, 'Come on over.' If someone couldn't get out, Charlie would go to their home and cut his hair.
brought nurses piece
The nurses brought each of us a piece of cake.
garden gave higher last miss standing
He probably gave away 55 zucchini last year. The garden was huge. It was higher than him. Even if he was standing up in it, you had to look to find him. We're going to miss it.
enjoyed good people
He just enjoyed working with people. He was good with people and they were good for him.
