People are very upset. Many made holiday plans and have had to cancel them, or they are here and not getting their rooms cleaned. We only have 200 managers working to keep things going.

From Friday to now, we're counting about $1 million lost in terms of revenue. We're giving compensation as well and there are cancellations.
