depleted good kids lake talking team tougher
Their team is a little depleted this year. Traditionally, Wilde Lake has been a little tougher than that. They have some really tough kids on their team. Talking to their coach, who is also their AD, they've had some difficulties. While it's a good win, you kind of feel for a team like that because they've had some problems.
abe fighting fights-and-fighting injuries knocked proud
I'm really proud of Abe because he's been fighting through injuries while Xavier knocked off a one and a two seed.
eight goal good guys question region six state teams tough
No question about it, the new realignment of teams in our region made this a tough tournament. Our goal was to get eight guys into the state meet. We got six in, which is a good showing.
bigger honor pinnacle reached wonderful wrestling
This is a wonderful honor for our wrestling team, but we haven't reached our pinnacle yet. We still have bigger things we want to do this season.
